It appears that enough people want the truth behind the Dalio Foundations' grant (and other private grants) that were allegedly filtered through NEF. Were they? Were consultants from Rivera's company paid through these grants (filtered through the NEF)? What did these consultants charge? Did Rivera stand to profit if the above is true? Why was the decision made to allow the NEF to control the purse strings of these grants, if true? If the above allegations made by posters are not true, please let us know.
