  1. Costanzo, a self-described fan of chocolate cream pie and the Chicago Bears, is the current principal of the Cooperative Arts and Humanities High School in New Haven, a magnet school with only 650 students. - See more at: http://www.inklingsnews.com/news/2015/03/09/students-meet-and-greet-potential-principal-frank-costanzo/#sthash.3232xhwl.dpuf"

  2. Between the hours Ralph keeps (often out on Friday afternoons and traveling from conference to conference) and the hours Costanzo will cut out early to get to class at Columbia in NYC and to study for his course work, maybe just maybe, we will get 1 full time employee's hours out of the 2 of them combined.

  3. Sue Haynie and Lisa Thomson are spewing forth their usual venom on Nancy on Norwalk. The two of them didn't wait very long after Superintendent Adamowski asked everyone to stop the media attacks on each other. They can't stop. Be careful ladies. Venom becomes habit forming and starts to leak out everywhere in your life! Perhaps a movie will be made in Norwalk soon, but it won't be entitled Stepford Wives.. It will be the polar opposite! I am too polite to call t by its name.

  4. I find it very appropriate that there Sue Haynie sits on the morning of Bruce Mellion's death writing a post that points the finger of blame at Mellion, Daddona, and Ditrio. Her poor timing--though she probably did not know of Bruce's passing at the time she posted her comment--is a lesson in how cruel this system is towards the professionals who come to work everyday and try to contribute to improving the system. Frankly, she looks like a clod and insensitive buffoon with the timing of her comment on NON. I think people need to call her out on it.

  5. By the way....I almost forgot. I wish the admin of this blog would change the method of verifying whether or not we are robots when we enter a posting. I don't know about anyone else, but those little thumbnail pics are so tiny and difficult to see that I cannot even tell what I am looking at in any of the individual pictures. Please go back to the mode that had us retype a word or phrase.

  6. We are saddened by the death of Bruce LeVine Melion. Rest in peace, Bruce. You dedicated your life to help teachers in so many ways. Condolences to his family.

  7. I'm trying to stream the Board of Ed meeting....with no success...I guess this is another of Ralphie's failures....when is someone going to fire this clown!

    1. He will never be fired. He walks around like he knows he is untouchable too. Nothing has changed, just the administrators waiting to see what is going to happen with the new superintendent. All is quiet.....at least for now.
